MANDARINE NAPOLEON MARGARET COLLINS

Ingredients:

  • 35ml Mandarine Napoléon
  • 40ml Tequilla blanco
  • 10ml Mezcal
  • 20ml fresh lime juice
  • 5ml salt tincture with coconut water
  • 80 ml Tonic Water

Method: 

Put all the ingredients except Tonic Water in the shaker and shake until frozen. Double strain in a Collins glass, add ice, and fill with Tonic Water. Garnish with grapefruit peel.
