100% distillate Ouzo with no added sugar. The recipe belongs to the family for over 100 years now and is based on the use of seeds and herbs used by the Greeks of Smyrna to flavor their distillates.

The distillation takes place in an old small-capacity pot still made in 1891 by Greek craftsmen coppersmiths of Constantinople.​

Its natural sweetness is due to the combination of 16 aromatic seeds and herbs used in distillation to flavor it.
