Ingredients: 

• 60ml Dictador 20YO Rum
• 10ml brown sugar syrup
• 2 dash Angostura Aromatic Bitter
• 15ml stout beer

Method: 

Put all the ingredients in a Double Old Fashioned glass and stir. Garnish with orange peel.
