AU MARTINI

Ingredients:

  • 40ml Au Fruit Punch Vodka  
  • 15ml passionfruit liqueur
  • 25ml passionfruit puree
  • 25ml mango puree
  • 25ml lime juice
  • 15ml simple syrup
  • 25ml prosecco 

Method:

Put all the ingredients in a shaker except Prosecco and shake until frozen. Double strain in an iced Martini glass.

Garnish with fresh passionfruit and accompany it with a shot of Prosecco.
