Dry taste with well-honed woody notes. It follows the traditional way of making rum, with a very low sugar content.
Distillation is done exclusively in copper distillation columns. The blend used is mainly aged rum at least 13 years old.
Each bottle is strictly inspected by the Cuban state institute ICIDCA where it is certified with the relevant quality tape that is inserted on each cap.
